Authentic Four-Course Italian Meal

You and up to five guests will travel to elegant Granite Ridge Estate and Barn, located in picturesque Norway, Maine, for an authentic Italian 4 course meal prepared by owner and passionate chef, Anthony Fratianne. Anthony’s cooking is heavily influenced by his chef-apprenticeship at “Vetri,” which was recently named the finest Italian restaurant in America, along with his numerous culinary experiences in Rome and the Val d’Orcia valley of Tuscany over the past decade. Each course will include thoughtfully-selected wine pairings. An authentic Italian breakfast will be served in the morning. This is an experience designed for those with a passion and appreciation for fine Italian dining and luxury accommodations in the beautiful mountains of Western Maine.
